Product information
Gram reserves the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee that our pictures display all colours with full accuracy.
Payment
Payment is done by credit card at our partner Samport, unless agreed otherwise.
Currencies
Payment is always conducted in Swedish crowns (SEK). Retail values listed in other currencies are approximate conversions updated every night and the final cost might differ somewhat as a consequence.
Ownership
Until fully paid for by the customer, all ordered goods are property of Gram.
Our rules
All shipping charges within Sweden are covered by Gram. When ordering from abroad you will pay a reduced shipping charge, however we can not cover it fully due to the large cost of international freight. Any customs and handling charges that may arise when shipping outside of the European union will be paid by the buyer.
You have a right to return goods within 14 days upon receiving them. Returned products should not have been used or damaged and must be returned in original condition. Note that the freight cost that was charged upon purchase will not be refunded in the case of a return.
When returning or exchanging an article you will have to pay for the return freight as well as the shipping cost for the new product. However, if there is an inquiry concerning damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by Gram, we will reimburse you for the return freight cost to a maximum amount of 300 SEK/37 USD/30 euro, unless otherwise agreed.
Transport damages
Gram will cover all costs of replacing the merchandise due to damage caused during transportation. If there is visible damage to the package upon delivery, refuse it. Ask the distributor to note why it has been refused, contact Gram and report the damage caused by transportation with relevant details about the damage and your current order number. If you notice the damage after delivery but within 14 days of receiving the goods, and believe that the damage has been caused during transportation, you can report it by sending an email to Gram.
Force majeure
If Gram fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Gram cannot be held responsible for the consequences.
